Financials
Ancillaries
Approx £31 extra made out of Octoplus payments (Mostly from Greener Nights) and £89 made from Axle
Bills
£250/month bill down to £64, another £2200 paid off the system - still looking good for a 6-7 year payback. This includes running 1 EV
Commentry
The system has continued to perform well, and Home Assistant / GivTCP do a great job of looking after it. Coming into the next year, there is more uncertainty. Right now I'm doing well out of Agile export, but static export rates are down and might slightly slow payback. GivEnergy has filed for administration, it's unclear what will happen with the 10 year warranty. That said, installers report the systems to be fairly reliable and warranty work uncommon. I'm also hoping that Octopus will honour the warranty (should it be required) as the warranty is provided on their paperwork.
In any case, in just 3 years I'm at 50% payback for the system. If additional work is required this would suck, but ultimately it would simply push by payback back a little
